Merry Christmas!

phew...what a month! I breathe a sigh of relief, all the Christmas orders are done and am almost ready to start getting into the festive spirit. Thanks to all my lovely clients for booking with me in 2011 - I wish everyone a very merry christmas and a happy 2012! Claire x

boys, flags, olympics...

I borrowed these lovely boys for an olympic themed session - more will be revealed later but shhhh can't say right now!!! The boys actually thought they were going to the olympics :) but took it really well when they realised we were only doing a photo session - the promise of cups of hot chocolate with marshmallows must have helped win them round. Cinnamon Letters

Over the last couple of years, I have been taking on a fair number of publicity and head-shot commissions for marketing purposes, websites and social media. I really enjoy the diversity of switching between children and adults (big children!) and this session with Cinnamon Letters was a great example. We were lucky enough to have a mildish, brightish autumn day and although we worked hard, we had a bit of a giggle too -  I love the results as the girls look so relaxed. Cinnamon Letters are a funky PR, marketing  and communications agency with offices just off the high street in Saffron Walden http://www.cinnamonletters.co.uk/

Michelle, Lisa and Clare - hope you like, now what to choose for your site...colour...or black and white :)

Rebels and Roses

Jenny has just opened the children's version next door to her womenswear shop on the high street so if you have a photography session coming up and wanted to get the children some new togs for the occasion, pop in for some inspiration. Good luck with the new venture Jenny! Cx

Laura and Matthew

Thank you Steph, Laura and Matthew for making this session so much fun. Children are less photographed in their tweens and teens compared with babies and toddlers but it is an ideal time to do it while the family is all at home together / pre-university etc so please spread the word to your friends! Nanny for A Day

Emma, Janet and Leanne from Nanny for a Day booked me to take some photographs for their website and marketing materials. Janet and Leanne, two of the nannies from the company are pictured above. They kept the children happy throughout the session and our mini models did brilliantly - here are a few pics from the day.
